I am a Principal-level learning strategist and operations specialist, focused on connecting knowledge management strategy with highly effective, scalable learning solutions. My work sits at the unique intersection of instructional design, creative operations, and technology.
My career is driven by a simple fascination: understanding how people learn, think, and create. This passion, rooted in my studies of design theory, photography, and perceptual psychology has given me the foundation to build experiences that feel intuitive and approachable, even when tackling complex workflows or organizational change. Over the past decade, I’ve evolved from a visual communicator to a proven operational strategist, driving measurable impact across global teams, by making it easier for my coworkers to do their jobs better. For example, at Gartner, I transformed the onboarding journey to accelerate new-hire readiness and reduced manager time investment by 50%. I also engineered department-wide frameworks that streamlined development cycles and created custom tools to make content development and design faster and more consistent I love blending storytelling with structure and actively using tools like AI and automation to build dynamic solutions that grow with both people and organizations. Outside of strategy and design, I’m back in Rochester, where I previously attended RIT (Go Tigers!), combining my love for problem-solving with a little bit of design, storytelling, and baking.
