Problem

Newly hired designers joined the team with differing backgrounds and education levels, which made conversation among seasoned designers and with art direction difficult, as different terminology and principles were being used.

Solution

A self-paced eLearning course embedding into the onboarding program and also available as a standalone module for any current designers needing a refresher.
