Problem

Senior designers were struggling with over- and under-assigned workloads, but project managers couldn't see why when their ClickUp dashboards showed available capacity. 

​The real issue? Future workload was invisible. Long-term project commitments didn't show up until they became immediate deadlines.

Solution

As ClickUp system admin, I led a design thinking initiative using focus groups, gap analysis, and iterative prototyping to create a forecasting system that made future capacity visible, reducing designer burnout and improving team balance.
